Bib Distribution Date : 10th January,Saturday, 2026
Timings : 11 A.M to 7 P.M
Venue : PARK PRIME HOTEL (Location)
SPECIAL NOTE :
1) IF PARTICIPANT IS COMING ON HIS/HER OWN -
- Web Confirmation/Email – must clearly show Booking ID and Name.
- SMS with BIB No. received from organizers (may not receive if number is under DND).
- E-confirmation can be shown on phone – printout not required.
- Any valid photo identity proof.
2) IF A REPRESENTATIVE IS COLLECTING BIB ON BEHALF OF PARTICIPANT -
- Authorization letter in hard copy.
- Photo ID of the representative collecting the kit.
- One representative can collect multiple BIBs.
3) IMPORTANT -
- No BIB/Race Kit will be issued on any other date/time apart from the scheduled Bib Expo.
- No BIB/Race Kit will be issued on the event day.
